Day 1; Fes - Ifrane - Midelt - Ziz Valley - Merzouga
The tour commences with the pick-up from your Fes accommodation, marking the beginning of an exciting adventure through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Our journey takes us through Ifrane, renowned as the cleanest city in Morocco. Continuing onwards, we pass through Azrou, Midelt, and the picturesque Ziz gorges, entering the initial stages of a desert-like landscape. As we approach Merzouga, the grand Erg Chebbi dunes come into sight. Camels become our chosen mode of transport for a desert trek to a well-equipped camp, where we spend the night in nomad tent.
